Ive updated the TODO list in the CVS branch with the following:
Documentation

- try to render the documents using Anakia

- check that the Javadocs build properly and
fix any error encountered

- define a new website hierarchy

- update all the current web site documents

- update the BUILD page
(david)
- write an INSTALL page for the webapp
(david)
- write a portlet developer documentation
(david) - Thomas is also providing a document which I will integrate
- write a PSML configuration document

In the main branch I've started work on integrating the new profiler service
+ customizer.
Im going to put this on hold until I finish the docs task for 1.3a1
