What will happen when they decide the splitting of Microsoft? Who will take
care of keeping the servers and the underlying COM stuff compatible?
Show them also a chart comparing stock value of Microsoft and SUN in the last
two years, for instance

Be careful if you compare to other companies like RHAT (Red Hat) or LNUX
(VA Linux), since they are dropping very fast due to foreseen finantial
problems and too much hype in the last months. I think they will recover soon.
Stress that SUN and IBM have a much open approach WRT Open Source (also, they
make money on hardware, and this will survive when OSS rules).
