OK. Since Jason is rolling out a new TDK, we'll wait for the TDK and update
accordingly.

Now why did you move the PROPERTIES_PATH_KEY into TurbineServices rather than
TurbineResourceService ?
The latter is the only class which actually uses this constant and it's 
definitely resources implementation related. 
(there's also TurbineConfig but in a backward compatible constructor which 
assumes a specific kind of resources implementation, so it doesn't count)
