--jar ./lib/jsp/jetty-jsp-fragment-2.3.3.jar //this is only needed in osgi environments --jar .\lib\jetty-schemas-3.1.jar //this is already included inside the runner jar Please try again with those removed, and your environment variables set correctly as Joakim mentioned.
