LOL Girls - My crockpot liner broke some years ago when my then-husband put it on the electric stove to heat something up. I'm proud to say that I just threw it away and bought a new one.
Regarding broken toys, I went through the boys' shelves last Saturday to clear out old books, toys, games, etc. so we could dust and just make some space. We threw away 2 expensive remote control cars that no longer work - and a few other broken items. We also boxed up some books to keep, some to give away and some toys to donate. Still way too much stuff in there, but its a start. And I'm not giving up... we're gonna keep working on this over the holidays til we get they're rooms in good shape before they go back to school on January 7th. I've developed my "decluttering muscle" enough that I can get rid of things more easily - ESPECIALLY broken things - I can't see the point of keeping something that's broken - I'm NOT a fix-it person. If I truly need it I'll find a way to get another one - otherwise I'll live without it. I'm even doing better at getting rid of things I just don't use - maybe someone else can use them, so why have it go to waste? Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, or whatever you celebrate. Looking forward to a clear, uncluttered, productive 2002~ Diane *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Journey from clutter List Website http://journeyfromclutter.com Members Only Page http://journeyfromclutter.com/MembersOnly/MembersArea.htm Unsubscribe: email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word 'unsubscribe' in the 'Subject:' field to be removed from the main list.
