Subject: Update on Server Status

To All Access WebWorks Clients:

We have been experiencing some major difficulties with our servers over the
past few days. Domains were not accessible due to a DNS resolution problem.
We would get it fixed, only to find that it was reoccurring again after a
short time.

After consultation with a security firm, it has been determined that our
servers were deliberately singled out for attack.

We are in the process of adding some extra security features at this time
that are usually only put in place for fiduciary companies and those that
house sensitive information.

All sites should now be resolving with or with out the "www" in front of
your domain name.

We ask that you accept our sincerest apology for any interruption in your
service and email that this has caused. Attacks like we have just
experienced are not all that unusual, but are a fact of life on the
Internet.

If at any time, you experience any difficulty with your site, please send in
a trouble ticket for our technical support team to address.

As some of you are aware, I am currently in the hospital, and am writing
this from my hospital room. My technical support staff members will be able
to address any concerns that you might have, so please do not allow my
health stop you from submitting a trouble ticket and bringing any problems
to our attention.

Access WebWorks and our clients are of the utmost concern to me, and I have
to be assured that all of our clients are receiving the standard of
excellent service that we at AWW hold ourselves to and which you should
expect from us.

Again, I apologize with all sincerity to all users who have been affected by
the attack on our servers. We will not tolerate such acts, and do not expect
you, as our clients, to be put out be these felonious activities of others.
Rest assured that we will find the culprits, and they will be dealt with in
the legal system and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

On a personal note, I'd like to take a moment to thank all of those that
have offered their healing prayers and good thoughts for my speedy recovery.
I appreciate your caring emails and letters. I am on the mend and hope to be
back home and back to work by the end of the month.

Thank you for sticking with us through this difficult time. Your support
and understanding at this time has been invaluable.

As Always,
Nancy Lee Dibert
