Mary -
It took me a while to get back to the computer but how nice to have such encouragement waiting for me! I completely agree with you - the less there is in my home - the less I have to deal with. So I keep plugging away. I have 2 bags of stuff out in the car - dh carried them out for me, bless him - and I started another bag that will probably get full today. I made progress this weekend by doing a little and not taking on the whole world - though since I also have ADD I had 5 different things going on at once, but that was OK. I didn't fight it - when I found I had drifted and was working at something else I just continued where I was - serene in the knowledge that soon I would drift back to my original projects. So only one got finished - but it was deciding on which material to keep out of 11 big boxes - I am now down to 1 big box!  - Beaming, beaming!!!!!!  :o)   :o)  :o)   And -  I am 50 % done on the upstairs bathroom, 90 % done on the top of my dresser - all my socks are sorted and relocated, my canned goods are sorted and neatly stacked, and I got my dh to move the air conditioner out of my kitchen so I could open 2 drawers and a bottom cupbord!
I am feeling better - I think this flare is almost history - so I got supper going in the crockpot and am continuing on with the  decluttering. Have to go clean for my 93 year olds in   - yikes - 20 minutes and I have to change and let the car warm up and sweep the snow off it, so I had better get a move on. Have a good day!
((((((HUGS))))) right back to ya!!!! (By the way - that Bible verse is one of my very favorites!)

Hi Mindy
This is true but it's nice to have understanding friends like you to "hang in there" with.
I am sorry you are in a flare right now.  It sometimes comes on when you least expect it and stays as long as it wants to.  I usually feel like I have just come up out of a deep dark hole when a big flare begins to subside.  But, enough about that.  I would like to plug JFC right here.  People who have FM and CFS (NEED) to be clutter free.  I am finding that the more clutter-free, and organized I am, the less stress I have and the less stress I have the fewer flare-ups I have. So, we need to just keep de-cluttering and learning from each other ways to stay in control.  So, you hang in there too and try to have a positive attitude.  Hard to do, I know.:o)  But, it will get better.
Love and  ((((((HUGS)))))
