Thanks Joan, It's nice to not be alone. He complains how fast I talk all the time & how I give too many details but I just say it like I would like to hear it. Now if I can tell that I am "boring someone" I do have enough tact to wind up the story or say "never mind". My words are important enough to me to not waste on deaf ears. Of course sometimes he rambles on & on about some aircraft carrier show he saw on the history channel or about some postcard he bid on on ebay but I always at least act interested even if I am not. I am just too nice!!!!! LOL
