Hi Debbie! I wasn't able to get back to you or anyone else as I've been laid low with a virus but I've tried to read some of the mail and I loved Gramma Connie's prayer for patience! I've used it several times already.I am glad that school has been a little easier for your son but horrified by how much work he has to catch up on... Thinking about it though, our 11 yr. olds in the UK are under a lot of pressure too with much expected of them...it's a shame, not enough time to smell the roses! One thing I've noticed about being unwell is that I've really been uncomfortable about my clutter, partly too because I've been inspired by the Group and all the good work everyone's been doing and I want to get on with mine. I did though make a good start and got ready a huge bag of good stuff for Charity and perhaps harder for me sorted out a very large box of books to go. My cousin has had 1st pick of the books and the rest of them are going, hopefully tomorrow. I didn't get any more done because then I got sick but I will get there! It is good to read of everyone else's successes (and the hiccups) because it make's one feel less isolated. I've got some really great friends and neighbours but they seem to handle their domestic lives more easily than I do....I'm great at cooking and give a pretty good superficial impression of Ok housekeeping but some of the lines in Louise's essays had me nodding my head in agreement! I would definitely need a good sort-out if friends were to stay over because we have no spare bedroom---my boys share the largest room,I have the middle sized room and my daughter has the small bedroom, so there isn't much space. My room is looking a little less cluttered already tho' and I am remembering those baby steps! I have tried to keep up with the Group and everyone's news and I've been willing everyone on despite not working alongside you. Hope that everyone has a good weekend. I hope that your Texas project works out. Regards, Geralyn UK
