Hi everyone

Well Saturday I cleared out about 6 bags of rubbish from the living room
dining room and main bedroom, sounds good dosen't it only problem was it was
at my friends house not mine. We were supposed to be going to town but the
weather was so awful we decided not to bother then she asked if I could give
her a hand sorting her house out, I don't know why but sorting someone elses
house out is much more fun than doing your own. I suppose it's easier
because you're not attached to any of the stuff in it.....hmmm perhaps if we
all swapped houses.....
Anyway when I got home I found one of my daughters friends there with all
her worldly goods in about 10 black bags her parents had thrown her out, her
father had apparently driven her round with all her stuff and dumped her on
our doostep!!! Would have been nice of them to ask I've never even met the
parents!!! Apparently she'd been to the police but they just told her to try
to find somewhere to stay as social services aren't avaliable at weekends.
She's only sixteen and a pupil at the school where I work so I've said she
can stay until Monday then we will sort out something with the authorities.
So what has all that to do with decluttering? it's just that since I've been
working along with you at least I have a spare/computer room that is at
least surface tidy (don't go opening any cupboards) and I had a bed for her.
DH and I went out for a meal last night yesterday was our 29th wedding
aniversary!!!
