Yes, I can take the Asprin Free Excedrin. I asked the doctor while pregnant with dd (who is now 3) and again early in this pregnancy. He told me that Tylenol did nothing for his headaches either. At least I wasn't alone. <g>
I really miss my Motrin Migrane, that works well too. I can't take that. But someday soon. :)

Hey Julie,
Do they let you take Excedrin while you're pregnant? When I was pregnant
with DD, they said no, and I swear I had a migraine for 9 months. Excedrin
is the only thing that even gets close to relief for me when it's that bad.
