Julie - Well - as I remember I always went into that mode totally right before I had the baby - I remember before my youngest's birth being so organized that I even washed and matched extra shoe laces!!!  So if you suddenly start in again big time with the cleaning - pack your bag - you will probably start having contractions!! LOL By the way - when are you due? LWL, Mindy Mindy, I swear it is a freak thing!  I must be nesting, there is no other explanation for it.  I am starting to slow down.  I have a "suggestion list" of what I would like to get done and I can't seem to get motivated to do much these last few days (including water the plants).  The only thing kept up with is laundry, dishes, patroling and some of the vacuuming (I haven't lugged the darn thing back up the steps yet).   Don't feel bad, I just get hyper and clean everything in sight for a few days, it will pass, I swear. LOL  Glad to hear you are back and doing well.
