Julie -
It is OK that you are slowing down - just go with the flow. Sometimes our bodies are a lot wiser than we are. When you have energy again - you'll know it! It sounds like you are at least maintaining - which again puts me to shame - I didn't do my dishes last night. (I will do them next.)
And I had to laugh about you not lugging the vacuum back upstairs - I took mine upstairs a month ago and hadn't used it - up there or down!! So this morning I vacuumed upstairs. So now I can bring it back down, do my living room and put it away and get it out of the way!!! It was beside the bed and in my way every time I got in my closet or got dressed or even got in bed, for that matter!!
So you don't have long to go! I have a dear friend born on March 3rd, 2 friends more born on the 8th and my oldest son was born March 14. Hey - it's a good month!!! Take care of yourself!
Don't worry too much about your Dd - it sounds like to me that she is at the point where she needs a sibling!!! Just stay calm and reassuring to her and she will adjust - I know you will make the effort to give her special attention after the baby is born and frankly - everyone needs to learn that they are not the total center of the universe! Into every life some rain must fall and it often starts when they are no longer the only. (I have seen little horrors of only children - and not the children's fault - it was the parents I wanted to shake!!) I think it very important that children learn consideration, patience and to share - and a sibling is an ideal teacher. Yes, I came in once when Will was tiny and Luke had completely buried him in his bassinet with toys. (They are 19 months apart.) But today they are best friends and young men I am very proud of. Once you hold this new baby you will know that he or she is supposed to be there - for both you and Dh - and Dd.

Mindy,

I swear it is a freak thing!  I must be nesting, there is no other explanation for it.  I am starting to slow down.  I have a "suggestion list" of what I would like to get done and I can't seem to get motivated to do much these last few days (including water the plants).  The only thing kept up with is laundry, dishes, patroling and some of the vacuuming (I haven't lugged the darn thing back up the steps yet).   Don't feel bad, I just get hyper and clean everything in sight for a few days, it will pass, I swear. LOL  Glad to hear you are back and doing well.

Julie - I have been home sick and haven't gotten much of anything done but I have been going through my jfc email and you make me ashamed of myself - here you are pregnant and accomplishing scads of stuff. So I am going to quit reading my email for now and go do something and then I will come back and read some more!!

LWL,

Mindy
