Diane & gang, I find that if it is sunny, I still can find an excuse not to clean! But yes, I understand the gray mood of a rainy day.
A Brain Flash: I have been a Girl Scout most of my life and I just realized that the "Be Prepared" has totally out done the "Leave a place cleaner than you found it"! Hope you are all feeling better too! My van is still broke so no shopping, which is OK since we only have $1.00 in the bank! I need to file also. I have to admit, my "$4.00 garage sale find" recliner is now my office. I have a box beside it, but it is overflowing with papers, the odd spoon and things to put otherwise. I even brought my printer home from the shop and it is on the fireplace hearth (?) right beside the chair. Now I am thinking of moving out the little paper sorter I have in the bedroom which is buried in clothes. I need to scan and toss. Here in SA we have paper recycle bins and I feel compelled to recycle paper, however it takes several boxes to motivate me to get them out of the house. I drive by one almost everyday, but I still save it up. Oh and YES I need to pull up the livingroom carpet and paint the floor. It is way beyond cleanable and is the major reason I will not have people over. They might think the floor is the first course (Yuck!) See you all later!
