If I had *specific locations* where the miscellaneous bits
of my life lived, it would make things a *lot* easier
I have had a time in my life where this was done. Why not now? Probably because there are more of us, more choices, and the lack of consideration when I do.
I can clear an area in a space no one uses and then I find one of my DD's playing in it! (Like wow! what a novelty!)
But you are correct! That is a goal of most (if not all) of us, to have a place for everything and everything in it's place!
