Get a portable CD/Tape player and some music you REALLY love and play it while you clean the bathroom. Sing as loud as you want to. I love to clean the bathroom because I get to sing and dance (and dd enjoys it too). I don't mind the task as much when I have the music.
I have also been using that daily shower spray stuff after dd and my shower (not dh's because he raises a fuss) and it seems to keep the tub cleaner. I wipe the sink, vanity and chrome down on "night before trash day" when I do the garbage can (lined with the dreaded blue grocery bag) and diaper pail. I also wipe the potty down every day or every other day with a small piece of tp. It stays cleaner longer. Maintainance is easier than the marathon. But the music helps.
