deviants in the world who have forced us to create such by-laws.

Are you calling my boy a deviant? Just kidding. LOL. By my standards, he sure is heading in that direction. If he had stayed in our neighborhood, it wouldn't have been as troubling. They picked him up on a very busy street where the speed limit is 45. I'm not sure I believe that he just couldn't sleep. I am truly grateful that they found him and brought him home.
