By James Gatdet Dak October 9, 2008 (JUBA) – The First Vice President of the Republic of Sudan and President of the Government of Southern Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit on Thursday issued a number of Presidential Decrees relieving and appointing Deputy Governor, state ministers, advisors and County commissioners in Central Equatoria state. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE RELIEVED STATE MINISTERS 1. Mr. Henry Danga Stefano – Deputy Governor and Minister of Local Government 2. Maj. General (Rtd) Emmanuel Waga Elia, Minister of Physical Infrastructure 3. Dr. Pius Vincent Subek, Minister of Health 4. Mrs. Huda Micah Laila, Minister of Gender and Social Welfare 5.
