Southern Sudan Urban Water Corporation has advised the public to treat
water they buy from water-sellers in Juba for domestic use. The Area
Coordinator of the Corporation, Santirino Tongun Reuben, told Radio
Miraya today that some water sellers are currently fetching water
directly from the Nile, as one of the three main water treatment
plants is under maintainance.

Some water dealers told Radio Miraya that long queues at water plants
are forcing them to fetch water directly from the river.
