The government that doesn't provide services to its people the GOSS
under Kiir should know that it is their sole responsibility to
provides services & employment opportunities to the youth, so taking
their children aboard for studies & their families to Jordan for
medication is not the self rule that we have been talking about. You
the GOSS stakeholders know that your personal interest of making for
your children a bright future is well understood by the entire
southerners. I urge the entire southerners to stand firm & resist such
policies at all cost. Louis Deng Ajou in South Sudan
Independence day is coming to south Sudan. People are preparing for a
super celebration which is well deserved. Men, women and children
should congregate in all corners of the country where they have an
opportunity of a life time to chant, march, sing and dance. As we
march into a new country, let us also be transformed in our thinking
with a mindset of preserving the constitution and not overlook
corruption. Let us admire peace and work with all our might to build a
nation from scratch for now and the future. God Bless South Sudan.

Double tribes in southern Sudan. I would like to share with my fellow
readers who will read this little discussion about the future of our
young generation of all the tribes in southern Sudan, if there one
person out there who would have the same idea as me. First, we have so
many tribes in Southern Sudan alone. Now when we come to the benefits
for the citizens, resources will not be enough to this population, why
because when you look into our populations right now, we are so many,
but if we allow some tribes to have two countries that will be problem
to our populations belief it or not. If Acholi of Uganda, Nuer of
Ethiopia, Anyuak of Ethiopia, were to move in and claim themselves to
be Sudanese people while they are not, then our problems at the
borders of southern Sudan as a new nation will not end. People should
not just keep complaining all the times that we are being
discriminated, who is doing it and where? SPLA/M have fought the war
but it was not for outsiders benefits, it was for sons and daughters
of southern Sudan benefits. John Separation, USA
Why President Omer El Beshir presence at South Sudan Independence Day
Problematic? Dear President Salva Kirr Mayardit. Let President Omer El
Beshir attend the historic political evejt; His indictment problem in
ICC on Darfur is "a double standard politics" done by international
community. You must disregard totally his arrest! South Sudan is not
in European Union. Chief Abiko, USA
Why no free flights for southerners for July 09 Celebration? Dear
Minister of communication, we southerners in the north are greatly
surprised about your silence regarding the transportation of
southerners to Juba to attend the coming event? There are southerners
here still waiting, but no flights these days, the northern gov't
suspended the fights till July 11. Please, promptly deal with our
request. George Lot Awongiro, Sudan
No release for Tanginya Oops! No. It isn't a good idea for advocates
of criminals like militia Tanginya, not a general really, to be let
free into our peace loving people of South Sudan. I thought it was
glorious to all of us when the Almighty God of ours gives us the wolf
who was killing us all these times. Why again in our happiness should
a victim of this wolf as you Abraham be asking for unleashing of this
wolf into us? I would have loved to join you if you were asking for
the releasing of those with the minor crimes but not militia Tanginya
who left others orphaned. Please have sympathy to those who have no
fathers, mothers, siblings, cousins, and friends because of Tanginya.

Salva Kiir should not be let down at the last minutes I really
appreciate some of the points mentioned by brother Isaiah in his
latest article in which he highlighted some of the things we need to
watch out for as we celebrate our long awaited independence. However,
I'd suggest that we should not let down our humble president who has
been struggling all his life. He vowed never to return our people back
to war and here he is completing the mission. If we talk about
maintaining the history of the struggle and those who took part in it
like Joseph Lagu then Juba should not be the right place to host the
flag of South Sudan in the first place. We all know where did our the
struggle begin back in the 1955 and 1983. The first bullet of our
current movement was shot in Bor town and should have remained the
place to be honored with raising the flag of new Nation or else in
Torit the birth place of Anya nya One, but since Juba serves as the
center of government administration it's as well the best place to
host our national independence. Michael Mathiang Ngong, Cairo, Egypt
