GoSS: National Communication Authority Bill ready for deliberations Tuesday, 28 June 2011 18:16 Sudan >>> Government of Southern Sudan's Ministry of Telecommunications and Postal Services says the National Communication Authority Bill for the south Sudan is ready for deliberations. The Ministry's Undersecretary, Juma Stephen told Radio Miraya on Monday that the new bill will address regulations related to telecom and postal services.
