so about scheduled tasks, i install them while i logged in as Administrator, but i will choose the jffnms user as the one who runs the "tasks" ?
About, php it doesn't seem tho find the php executable path.. although the extensions that are required are found..and working good

If you follow the instructions you will be ok, you have to add them as Administrator, but the tasks should run as the JFFNMS user, which has correct permissions over c:\jffnms.
What do you mean by PHP problems?
