$ apt-cache show jffnms | grep ^Depends:
Depends: php4, php4-cgi, php4-mysql | php4-pgsql, php4-snmp, rrdtool, php4-gd | 
php4-gd2, apache (>= 1.3.29.0.1-1), debconf (>= 1.2.0)

libdbd-perl would be used for my old snmp trap program, but someone
wrote a much better one in php so its not needed any more.

phplib is not in the archive, not sure why. I don't know why you need it
either. I don't think anything uses it.
