Im trying to setup specific per user triggers(alarms/events).
With the triggers_users table empty except of the placeholder entry,
I get the following interesting error.

        1) On Users page, click triggers for a user.
        2) Add a trigger and click active.
        3) Click submit.

Goto trigger users tab.. and I see.

        ID Username Trigger Active
        <##> Administrator <Some trigger name> <check mark>

There is a valid # for the ID and the trigger and active are
correct. The username is wrong. Essentially, any trigger I
add to an individual user, reports as being administrator.
Whats more, if I view other users, I see ALL the triggers under
        that user.

Now, the final problem is, that unless I have an email address
for Administrator, no triggers are processed. I removed Admins
Email address and all triggers stopped, when I re-add it.. all
triggers are processed again, however, Administrator onlys gets
        the emails.

If I goto the trigger users page and add a trigger<->user entry
there, then it doesnt show up under the individual users, whats
more if I edit the entrys with administrator as the user, then
it disappears from all users and stops working as a trigger.
