Which JFFNMS version are you using?
Can you uncomment lines 46 and 48 of lib/api.rrdtool.inc.php and then try to view the graph again?


You should see a command line, paste that into a shell and show us the results, that way you will be doing the "graph" manually, directly to rrdtool.
