[jffnms-users] PHP Error

Hello All,   I am receiving this error trying to access the local host page once I enable the Apache Server to point to the following   DocumentRoot  c:\jffnms\htdocs   Once I save the httpd.conf file and restart Apache going to the http://localhost I get this error when I use to get my php configuration display. Now I have givin all users full control of the jffnms directory for I thought it could be a configuration problem.  That is not the issue.  Once I remove this entry I get this error and when I go to install it says it cannot display the page.  Any suggestions?  The error I get when I got to http://localhost is listed below.  Thanks in advance.   Warning: main(/opt/jffnms/conf/functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Jffnms\conf\config.php on line 86   Thanks in Advance
