JFFNMS will graph whatever interfaces does the router in question shows.
If your router will have a subinterface per "stuff" you want to monitor, then it will work.
But I can't be sure. Just try it.

Javier,
why exactly? It concerns the same routers, i.e. cisco 800's, 1600, 1700 and 2600, so I guess same oid. I just want to know, that it is possible to use jffnms while the graphs (rrd files) are sent to another device (one cisco 7200), and that jffnms can take those graphs from that device and use them ? greetz Johan

Hi Johan,
You will need to do some custom coding to monitor MPLS oids.
I'm not an expert in MPLS, so I can't help you much.

Javier,
The problem concerning not seeing the internal messages, was caused by the id=1 of the hosts-table : since i hadnt used for this id in the older versions a zone, he didnt show it in the events. Perhaps suggestions for other people who do upgrades.
But i have some other question : we have a lot of mpls routers here and they asked me to monitor those too. Since the server isnt in the mpls-ring : this is a ring with private ip's : The mpls endpoint at our site transfert the public ip in private ip. This causes the problem, since the server needs to be in all the mpls-rings, which isnt possible. So what they are gonna do is putting a cisco 7200, who is in all those rings, where snmp will run and letting receive the rrd-files and send them through to my server. Question : is this possible and what would you suggest ?
Thx and greetz, Johan
