Click on Administration at the top of the screen, the admin pane opens
on the right.
Click on Hosts & Interfaces in that pane, revealing more menu items.
Click on Hosts menu item, the main panel shows the lists of hosts
Click Add
Enter in at least the correct IP address, snmp version and community
string. Then click the button on the left of the row.

Choose Manual discovery on the line of your new host.
Select the interfaces you want.
