Yes, net-snmp is the one to use. Getting it from sunfree is fine. net-snmp does implement the TCP MIB. You probably need to run the poller manually. Find the host you are interested in and note its ID Click on "View Host interfaces" and find the Interface called CPU , note that ID too.
