Hi Alhagie, monitoring disks does not need to create a special SLA condition
group

1) Go to admin/host interface/your host, View Host interface and set the "
Usage Threshold %" to 30 for your partition (not hard drive)
2) Go to Triggers config
Option a: uncomment SLA from the defaut trigger Interface status change (if
type is not in)
Option b: create a new Triggers that match EVENTS
And one condition that says: if type in is SLA then send MAIL
3) Go to user; Triggers Users, click add, select the user you want mail, select
the previous created SLA, tick the active Box (be sure that the user have valid
email in profil option).

Be sure that SLA events come on event panel, if not, activate your logs and see
the consolidator log.

Hope that helps

Cheers

Objet : RE: [jffnms-users] No email with SLA - please help

I am still struggling with this. I'm sure people already have this
working. Can anyone please lend me a hand?

The default "SLA" that comes with the software seems to work but not the
one I created.

What I'm trying achieve seems very simple but I can't get it working.

I would like to get an email when say disk usage is over 30%.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Alhagie Puye - Network Engineer
