Is the T1 appearing in your list of interfaces for the router? You
didn't say if the interface was not appearing at all or there were no
graphs, or there were graphs but they had no values.

Depending on which one it is, depends where to look next.  I'd say the
problem will come down to how the router presents the interface through
SNMP.
