I have some progress on displaying the vlan's on the ports they exist,
but need a little help.

I have edited the /jffnms/engine/discovery/snmp_interfaces.inc.php, so
it reads the vlan on the interfaces, this al works. Add the end of this
file al the information is being stored at the $aux1 array, so I have
created a new key "$aux1[vlan]" with the information. Then this array is
being returned to /jffnms/engine/autodiscovery_interfaces.php

So far it is al working, but now I have to store the information in de
database. And I don't know exactly how this works. So some insight
information would be welcome.

Thanks ahead,

We are momentarily running a own build system, that reads that
information through snmnp from about 6 switches, different types,
different IOS version. And this information has always bin accurate.

That the CLI lies, I thus can't confirm.

But I would like to know how to set this up:

Do I need to create a new poller item, maybe a new poller backend, where
can I display this information, and which files do I need to edit for
this?

I only need a step up, a shot to the right direction.

The CLI lies anyway, depending on what version of IOS you're running.
Trunk ports appear as all sorts of strange things.
