Leopold, the apache access and error logs are just the logs for the web server, there is no need to keep these if disk space is an issue.
The images in the temp folder are the graphs that you view in the webpages, they are created as temporary images in case someone else views them - that way there is no need to redraw the graphs from the rrd, these should be safe to delete too.
