Thanks aLL for your help. I am recovering 3.5 GB on harddisk space. I will be rebooting the server soonm, to see if all comes back up normal.
BTW What's the latest version of Apache that is supported for jffnms , I see that the latest version of apache is 2.26. Would I be able "just to upgrade" on the current system without hiccups ? The images in the temp folder are the graphs that you view in the webpages, they are created as temporary images in case someone else views them - that way there is no need to redraw the graphs from the rrd, these should be safe to delete too.
