Folks. I'm trying to configure a trigger that'll send an email alert if disk space utilisation on a host exceeds a given level (I.E. if more than xx percent of disk is used). The alert occurs (the SLA trips) just fine, but I can;t get the trigger to send an email. I have the following trigger rules set If Interface type is equal to storage continue and If type is not in SLA send mail and stop this trigger Anyone have a hint as to how I can make this work? The host config is fine - it polls, creates graphs, and if I fiddle with the level to force a threshold violation changes the graph colour and says it's SLA alert just fine.
