The first few lines you say it is a SLA alert, the last two you say your trigger tests for the type of alert is *NOT* an SLA one. If that's how its setup, its never going to work because you've explicitly said don't trigger if the alert is a SLA one. - Craig -- Craig Small GnuPG:1C1B D893 1418 2AF4 45EE 95CB C76C E5AC 12CA DFA5 http://www.enc.com.au/ csmall at : enc.com.au http://www.debian.org/ Debian GNU/Linux, software should be Free ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ jffnms-users mailing list jffnms-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jffnms-users
