It looks like the strings "h46.kfun" and ".at.2737" are being
interpreted as an extent address (struct xad).

There was a bug that was first fixed in version 1.1.5, when replaying
the journal which contained the creation of symlinks:

Could you (or someone) have created symlinks containing the strings
"h46.kfun" and ".at.2737" shortly before a system crash or unclean
power-off? If so, the bug in jfsutils could explain the problem. If
not, I'm really not sure what could have caused this.
