Yeah, I wouldn't expect it to be the same problem.  That bug was
triggered by SuSE's earlykdm script, and I haven't heard of that problem
on any other distro.

I guess there were no other suspicious errors in the syslog?  I'd like
to know what fsck.jfs found.  If you haven't fixed it yet, could you
send me the output of 'fsck.jfs -v'?  I don't know what may have
triggered the corruption that led to the error.

There is a problem fixed in jfsutils-1.1.8 that could cause an xtree to
become corrupt when replaying the journal, but I don't know how likely
you are to encounter that bug.  It wouldn't hurt to upgrade to 1.1.8.
