Well, I know I have not much to debug this problem and in fact, I was
just seeking if someone else had similar problems.

This is not the first time I am having problems of filesystem corruption
when I need to upgrade device-mapper.

Anyone else is using LVM2? Is there another alternate solution to LVM2
which is more widely used in the community?

Regards,
Daniel
