Hi gang,

I now have another server with a corrupted filesystem. Again, the RAID
shows that the underlying drives are fine and the RAID logs show no
errors. But when I try to run jfs_fsck, I get the following:

# jfs_fsck -f /dev/raid-vg/raid
jfs_fsck version 1.1.12, 24-Aug-2007
processing started: 4/7/2009 12.32.36
The current device is: /dev/raid-vg/raid
Block size in bytes: 4096
Filesystem size in blocks: 2928660480
**Phase 0 - Replay Journal Log
**Phase 1 - Check Blocks, Files/Directories, and Directory Entries
Duplicate block references have been detected in Metadata. CANNOT CONTINUE.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Michael
