Ok, thanks for the replies.

I installed jfsutils 1.1.5 and now jfs on /dev/hda3 works great.

Now ext2 gives me problems on /dev/hda1.

Is it possible to put a jfs for a boot partition? Then I will exchange the ext2 with 
jfs.
