Now I got it to work, its insert and 3 on the keyboard above the letters, the control down or control up quickly in one motion as then you need to need to do insert 3 again, at least with all your help we have a work around, thank you all

As all websites for VLC say this is the hotkey for the volume control for VLC, it just doesn’t work on my end here. Am running latest Jaws 17 and windows 7 64bit home edition The only way I can control the volume is using the scroll on the mouse.
