I can answer one of those questions. The one about Show Formulas. There is a keystroke for this. Its the control key plus the accent grave key. Thats the key to the left of the number one on the keyboard. Its a toggle. Hit it once it shows formulas, hit it again it shows the values.

Maybe the ribbon is minimized? Or the excel sheet or the Excel window is to small and JAWS cant read the text? Other possibilities are you have turned on Show Formulas (options on ribbon) or automatic calculation is turned off in Excel options. Or the cell format is text.(application key, arrow to format, enter, ....) I used to with Excel 2013, Jaws 14 & Windows 8, go to formulas tab and select insert function. I used to be able to tab through to hear my choices. I dont hear that any more. By pressing on enter or something I somehow got it to calculate, but now Jaws just says the column & cell number and contains formula and doesnt tell me what the answer is. Please advise; thank you.
