Hi,
I want to make sure that you all know how to make a program your default
program to play certain files. In Windows 10, press windows key + I and press
enter on system. Then, arrow down to default programs and press enter. Then,
start tabbing and you will hear different types of programs and what the
default is for that type of program. When you hear video player and audio
player, press the space bar and tab to all of the programs that can be your
default. For example, your video player will probably say something like power
DVD. Press space bar on that and tab to VLC and press space bar and VLC will be
your default player from now on. For your default browser, Press windows key +
I and press enter on system, and arrow down to default programs and press
enter. Now tab until you hear your browser and press space bar. Then tab to
which browser you want as your default, and press space bar again on that
browser and it will be your default from then on until you change it. Have a
great one.

Very carefully. At first, neither my sighted guide nor I could make head or
tail of it. Than I did a right click, and things began to appear. Later, I
read the help documentation, and learned how easy it was supposed to be.
Actually,. it works reasonably well with plain DVD’s. If you don’t want to see
it automatically, you can adjust Autoplay to either take no action, or ask you
what you want to do.

Ted:

I noticed that POWER DVD comes up when I try and load a blu-ray disk, but there
is nothing about POWER DVD that is accessible. How did you get around that,
yourself?
