David, When you access Gmail via the web, are you using the Basic HTML View or the Standard View? I would presume the Basic HTML View, since it's so much more JAWS friendly, but I have known some to use the Standard view.
This is important because the way Gmail presents the screens that allow you to get to filters is different and if I'm going to try to step-by-step someone through creating a filter it helps to know under which view that's going to occur. Brian
