I won't get to this today, but will over the next couple of days. Given that this is a mailing list where most individuals are low-vision to totally blind, I never know whether screen captures will be helpful to someone unless I ask. When I do the step-by-step instructions would the inclusion of screen captures help or hinder you? If I end up going the "with screen captures" road I will probably attach the instructions in MS-Word format so that I have a permanent record for myself after I've created them. Let me know if this poses any issues, too, as conversion to plain text is not difficult. Brian
