I’ll check it. I wrote to Weight Watchers about it, and they said that they
were no longer supporting Internet Explorer in a message to me besides my error
message.

Subject: Re: MS to cease support for IE 8, 9 and 10 next week

Cindy,

Right now the only version of Internet Explorer that is to receive
ongoing support under Windows 7, 8, or 10 is Internet Explorer 11. If by "find
this information" I've already posted the links to the Microsoft Lifecycle
pages for Internet Explorer and Windows 10. These are out there and rigorously
maintained by Microsoft, but virtually no one reads them, including me, unless
I have reason to be researching specific support dates.

I don't know what message you got, and if you are not on IE10 then I
would love to be able to replicate what's happening to you because I hate these
sorts of inconsistencies and there is, always, a root cause that can be
determined.

If you hit ALT+H followed by A that will bring up the "About Internet
Explorer" dialog box where the version of IE is displayed. Since the Version
is plain text I imagine JAWS will read it out. I'm currently at 11.20.10586.0
on my Windows 10 machine.

Brian
