Check the training files, which can be installed from the factory disk, or obtained from FS’s site.

It's been driving two of my clients mad and has kept falling to the bottom of the research list because more pressing issues keep coming up. Just FYI with regard to myself, if I'm being given a number to press as a part of a keystroke combo I'll always use the regular number row unless someone tells me NumPad before the number. Since most JAWS users never have NumLock on because the NumPad is used for other controls, I never even think about using it on their computers. Is there anywhere in the JAWS documentation where a truly comprehensive list of all of the various things you can set in the settings center can be found, and more specifically, downloaded? I know these are not in either the Keystrokes documents nor the Quick Start guide and I have never seen anything that appears to be a comprehensive user guide or similar reference document on the website.
