Your brief resume, and this statement, separate you at quite a distance from "the average user." "Hardened against attack," is a phrase I've only heard used by IT folks and the military. I've been a programmer in FORTRAN, Pascal, C, multiple versions of SQL, a DBA, a programmer-analyst, a team leader for a small group of programmers, and have done PC hardware support and software support for years now, in addition to my other occupations.
