If I get time this week, I'll give FS Tech support a call. My issue is that I'll need a good block of time to do this, which doesn't fit well with my University teaching work schedule.
So, please keep those suggestions coming in the meantime, and maybe we'll get lucky. Keep in mind that FS Tech Support worked with me on this for many hours last Summer, with no success. This is not to say that I'm unwilling to call them; it's just that they seem to be at a loss too. This is why I rolled back to IE 10 as a way to at least get IE up and running again. So much for a good or not-so-good plan. I used to have that type of thing happen when I seemed to be stuck at the address bar area. Another problem I had was getting stuck somewhere with the forms mode on and not be able to move out of it. I now keep my forms mode to manual. I still have some slow moving web pages, but only with very busy ones, that is ones with many links. Really, there's got to be a solution, so get back with either FS, Microsoft disability or both.
